Councilor Harvey also has great integrity. Please join me in voting for the re-election of Leslie White Harvey.

I have been an advocate for Leslie White Harvey since her election to City Councilor. She has been a champion for her district and always following up on issues that are of concern to the people. She never gives up. I like the fact that she gives periodic meetings for people to give her feedback on ongoing concerns. Plus, she is always involved in events going on in the community to remain visible to all. Just to name a few, she is staying on top of the Framingham Union Hospital concerns and the recurring smell coming from the train tracks on Waverly Street that is a serious hazard to the neighborhood.

Whether it was making sure the bookmobile made regular stops in her district or insisting that the library remains a welcoming resource for all citizens of Framingham. Leslie always made sure the needs of her district were met. She was passionate about these issues. It is for that reason I wholeheartedly endorse Leslie for reelection to the City Council.

I am proud to endorse Leslie White Harvey for re-election to the City Council. Leslie has a truly big heart and genuinely cares about the residents of District 8. She wants the best for our community and is a valuable voice who isn’t afraid to speak up when people need support. She follows through on her commitments and is consistently present at events across the district, from visiting the senior center to attending the Farmer’s Market on the Common, and even joining local yoga sessions. She is also a tremendous supporter of our local businesses, always taking the time to uplift and champion them.
Beyond her work in the community, Leslie personally supported my family during an incredibly difficult time. When my father, Paul “Bunkie” Smith, passed away unexpectedly in September 2024, Leslie offered her condolences, guidance, and presence. My father, a lifelong Southside resident, dedicated his life to the city coaching Legion baseball, refereeing Pop Warner and high school football, playing and umpiring slow-pitch softball, working for the Parks and Rec Department, and bringing joy to countless children as Santa. His loss was felt deeply across Framingham. Leslie honored his legacy by speaking at his bench dedication at Longs Athletic Complex, highlighting the impact he made both on and off the field. Her support during that time meant so much to our family.
Even now, Leslie continues to check in on my family’s well-being, reflecting her genuine care and devotion to the residents of her district. Friendly, outgoing, and guided by a heart of gold, Leslie is a City Councilor who truly embodies service, compassion, and commitment.
District 8 and the city of Framingham are fortunate to have Leslie advocating for us. I wholeheartedly support her re-election.

I am so grateful for Leslie White Harvey and the incredible support she has shown our family. When my husband, Paul “Bunkie” Smith, passed away unexpectedly in September 2024, Leslie was there for us in ways that truly touched our hearts. She offered her condolences, kindness, and genuine care during such a difficult time.
Leslie honored my husband’s memory by speaking at his bench dedication at Longs Athletic Complex, highlighting his contributions to our city and the impact he had on so many people’s lives. That gesture meant so much to our family and to the community that loved him. Even after that day, Leslie continues to check in and ask how I am doing, showing that her care for the residents of District 8 goes far beyond her official duties.
Leslie has always been a compassionate, friendly, and thoughtful presence in our community. Her dedication to our city and to the people who live here is evident in everything she does. I am proud to support Leslie for re-election to the City Council.

I am pleased to offer my support to Leslie White-Harvey, who is running for re-election to the District 8 City Council seat. This district is a vibrant part of our city and needs the attention and hard work that Leslie will continue to bring to the job. Leslie is concerned with quality-of-life issues such as neighborhood safety, traffic/noise regulation and affordable housing. She will be a strong voice for the district in addressing these and other important issues, as she has been during her current term.
As someone with roots in the district, I ask you to cast your vote for Leslie White-Harvey on November 4 - for a better District 8 and a better Framingham."
